Best Western Plus Atrium Inn

The room smelled really nice., and had a great layout. The staff are so nice. The breakfast is excellent and the best buffet breakfast options I have seen at hotels like these. Late checkout wasn't a problem. It's a small hotel with rooms surrounding an atrium with a pool, hot tub, and seating area.

A nice room with great beds. All the fixtures are in great shape. Service cleaned up after us daily (never thought I'd see that again!) A/C worked well and wasn't too close to the beds so you could decide to freeze or broil. Front desk staff very professional.

My Daughters car broke down in San Antonio on the way home from Corpus Christi and we had to rescue her. It was late so we decided to spend the night. The hotel was close to her car. It was clean, and nice. Bed was to hard for me but my husband and daughter had no trouble sleeping. It was a full breakfast next morning. It was convenient, clean and comfortable just what we needed at the last minuet.

OUr whole experience was wonderful. The place is lovely inside. Super clean, super detail to cleaning. Very professional staff and owner, whom we met. We extended our stay by one night and there was no problem. There was a lovely, breakfast every morning. The indoor pool was an added bonus. Wow, heated. Smallist was awesome. Beautiful courtyard around it. For our money and rate, this IS the best stay location in Schertz.

This is my 3rd time staying at this property! The only place I’ll stay away from home. I love the excellent customer service from Mr. Yogi. He goes above and beyond for his customers. My card on file was expired and he personally called me to advise me before my reservation were cancelled. Upon arriving he welcomed us with a big smile! The property was clean and whatever was needed he made sure we attended. love the indoor pool. My friend and her family also stayed at the hotel and she was very satisfied.
